概要

1.UNDERWRITING RESPONSIBILITIES:-

* To handle proposals received from the clients/branches for insurance cover of Fire and Property Damage.

* Evaluate Information provided by the proposals and arrange for Risk Inspection as per Instruction of Head of Operations.

* Make a Quotation and Quote Premium Rate, Terms & Conditions and underwrite the risks as required by the Branches.

* Checking of Underwritten Fire & Property Damage policies and point out the discrepancies there in to the respective branches and resolved the issues through Emails & Telecon.

* Operate the Branches Underwriting Matter of (Head Office, Rahim Yar Khan, Abbotabad & Multan) especially Fire & Property Damage Matter.

* Coordinate with accounts dept regarding the Fire & Property Damage Policies PPR & Reciept Operate Branches Business at Head Office.

2.REINSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:-

* Facultative placements of all the risks which are either in decline list of our Re Insurance treaty or the sum insured are in excess of our treaty capacity.

* Shortlist of All Classes of Policies to place a sum insured Local Or Foreign for to manage the Risk Exposure.

* Keeping follow-ups the risks placements.

* Manage the risks in systems as Inward and Outward Business.

* Make a Remittance documentation as required By Our Reinsurance Facultative      (Local & Foreign) and Treaty Terms M&DP and Submit to our Accounts Dept.
